Easter Colors

Pretty much everything turned colors in my kitchen tonight as I braved letting Mallory color easter eggs. She had lots of fun! This was the start, notice she has the egg stick, that didn't last long! The hands were much easier to use! Our socks turned a pretty color orange as she decided to dump the orange bowl upside down.
We made eggs for each of us and for Mallory's grandpa's and grandma's! We didn't have enough eggs for the rest of the family. She got a little wild a cracked a few.
We had a great time and can't wait until Easter!! Here was her finished product as she decided to sample one.
Happy Easter!!

You are so brave! We did eggs today too, but did not give my kids that much freedom. Not going to show them this post or they will want to start coloring eggs at your house, on the other hand that doesn't sound like a bad idea!

I saw in a Family Fun magazine to put the egg inside a whisk, then give it to the kids and let them dip it. Wish I would've seen it BEFORE Easter! Cute pics of the kiddos!
